Lay that ass down and let the sounds do the work for you. If you have trouble meditating than this space is perfect for you. Soundbaths are a form of guided meditation to help your body relax. So lay that ass down and let the sounds bring your nervous system into a relaxed state.
*Directions: DRIVE all the way up lincoln, do not let the navigation take you off lincoln ave. I live 5 houses or so above Loma Alta Park.
If you are having trouble finding this location, put Loma Alta Park in your navigation and go up to the second fire hydrant in case you are struggling to find it.
*DO NOT EAT 2 hours before but bring snacks in case + we will be outdoors so bundle up.
Reminders: Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, journal and anything else you feel called to bring or that will make you feel comfortable
*No Refunds 🤍 BUT you are able to transfer your ticket to anyone or let one of my high school students come for you. if you have any emergency, of course i got you with a refund.
