About the event
SOUNDBATH & BREATHWORK
This is for those ready for deeper healing. This breathwork will get oxygen flowing to cleanse your entire body and be able to move stagnant energy and stored trauma in your body. We letting all that shit go. You will be able to release without using any words, our bodies are doing the work here. After your safe release, we will end with a soundbath.
*Directions:
Please put Bruce Beach in your maps and park around there. Walk straight down to the beach, youll see restrooms. Around this time there should be an abundance of parking.
*DO NOT EAT 2 hours before but bring snacks in case
Reminders: Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, journal and anything else you feel called to bring or that will make you feel comfortable
