Full Moon Soundbath x Breathwork

SOUNDBATH & BREATHWORK: FULL MOON EDITION

For those who love the night sky, this is for you. We healing under the stars. This is for those ready for deeper healing. This breathwork will get oxygen flowing to cleanse your entire body and be able to move stagnant energy and stored trauma in your body. We letting all that shit go under the stars and in nature. You will be able to release without using any words, our bodies are doing the work here. After your safe release, we will end with a soundbath.

*Directions: DRIVE all the way up lincoln, do not let the navigation take you off lincoln ave. I live 5 houses or so above Loma Alta Park. (If you are having trouble finding this location, put Loma Alta Park in your navigation and go up to the second fire hydrant in case you are struggling to find it). 

*DO NOT EAT 2 hours before but bring snacks in case + we will be outdoors so bundle up. 

Reminders: Please bring a mat (or a blanket), blanket, pillow, journal and anything else you feel called to bring or that will make you feel comfortable.
